SOBRE LA CLASE DE Cross Training

Actividad que engloba diferentes ejercicios de alta intensidad, tanto de fuerza como cardiovasculares, para trabajar todos los grupos musculares.

Se trata de un tipo de entrenamiento en que el nivel de intensidad viene marcado por la carga o bien por la velocidad en la ejecución del ejercicio.

Previene lesiones. Al trabajar todos los grupos musculares, disminuye también la tensión de los músculos, tendones y articulaciones. Asimismo, mejora la postura corporal y el rango de movimiento.

Contribuye a la quema de grasas. Está comprobado que entrenar de forma simultánea la fuerza y el cardio aporta mejores resultados y contribuye a la pérdida de peso.
